    This is the best chicken I have ever tried! This chicken tastes good even when it is cold! The flavor and batter are out of this world! This chicken is delicious! If I could give it 6 stars, I would.

    We are huge fans of fried chicken sandwiches, and I have to say Box's chicken sandwich is a solid win. Nicely sauced, good crunch, and a solid amount of chicken. It's also pretty nice that the area across the street is a community park, and a nice place to sit down and enjoy food. A nice place for a late night snack (which is rare to find in SF!)

    I've been coming here for the past 10years...yes, I'm not kidding at all. TempestBarSf/Box Kitchen has been my go-to place forever. Amazing vibes, amazing people, AMAAAAAZING FOOD!!! Pre-covid I used to come here EVERYDAY for the drinks AND the food. Not only that....the ENTIRE staff inside the bar and kitchen are beyond words. They make you feel at home and they always take care of you. If you show up make sure to say hi to Justin (the one with the beard), Malori, Cara and jason. Honestly, this place is so worth it.

    What an incredible spot! You simply walk up to the window to order, and if you fancy, you can enjoy your meal at the adjacent bar. The service is incredibly friendly, and the food consistently delivers freshness and top-notch preparation. Whenever I find myself in San Francisco, this is a must-stop for me. Let's continue supporting this gem!
